At least 40% of the overall scheme - with the exception of the building plots directly adjacent to the main railway station. Around 400 apartments are planned with space for 1,200 residents.

College places
1,800 places at the Pädagogische Hochschule Zürich [Teacher Training University] (Building Plot A).

Building heights
19-22 m to reflect the surrounding areas and up to 40 m in selected areas in the centre of the overall site. Buildings may be permitted to exceed 40 m if the final scheme is judged to be of a high architectural and design standard.

Parking spaces
When fully completed, approx. 700 spaces based on a formula relating developed space to car parking spaces. Therefore the exact number will not be known until the final scheme is approved.
