Phased construction through to 2020.

Zurich’s newest quarter will be constructed in phases. Building work started at the beginning of 2009 with the demolition of the former distribution depot for Swiss Post. This will be the site of the Pädagogische Hochschule Zürich [Teacher Training University] and the private bank, Clariden Leu with shops and restaurants at ground floor level. As early as 2010, diggers will move onto the neighbouring Plot C to begin work on the new UBS building.
